The Best Way To Lose Weight

The “best” way to do anything is usually less fact and  more of an opinion.

So be wary when someone says, “the best” anything… it’s probably their opinion.

And what you’re about to read is no different!

THIS comes from years of personal struggle to lose weight.

Countless attempts were made and most failed.

Diet pills.

Weight loss shakes.

Juice cleanses.

Counting calories.

Tracking Macros.

Logging everything into myfitness pal.

Keto, paleo, whole30, low-carb, no-carb, no-flavor, no-fun!

In the last 10 years, through my own experience and from helping tens of thousands of others, there is one thing that I have learned to be true over and over….. And over.

And it is this…

🔥 It’s not about the weight you lose, but who you become in the process. 🔥

If you think you’ll be happy WHEN you lose weight…

Think again.

This is why you’re going in circles with various different diets.

Spending all of your resources on things that make you miserable and don’t help you lose weight…at least long term.

And if they do help, then they only help until you stop doing them.

This is a vicious cycle that I lived on for 5+ years.

Wondering if there was ever a way out.

I thought, “my life will be so much better when I’m not so fat”.

It’s true…

You do gain back more energy.

You do get more confident.

You do sleep better.

You do feel better about yourself in general.

And many other great things…

But something else has to happen before the weight will come off for good.

First I’m going to give you the philosophical theory… then I will give you practical application (the steps you can take next).

 

Theory:

There is no external transformation (losing weight) without an internal transformation (changing your mind and your perspective on losing weight).

Physically you may change on the outside… But It is IMPOSSIBLE to change what you SEE on the outside if you don’t change the narrative on the inside.

 

Application:

Decide first WHY you want to lose weight…

What kind of person will you be once it happens?

Begin BECOMING that person… NOW.

Most will read this post and say, “wow, that was deep and eye-opening”...

Then go on about their day not doing anything about it.

Sad.

If you’re tired of living in the vicious cycle, then think about the REAL answer to this question…

Who do you WANT to be?

Who is the person that lives in the body YOU want to live in?
